The city’s New Year’s Eve event on Dec. 31 will feature a fireworks display around midnight at Auditorium Shores at Town Lake Metropolitan Park.
Prior to the fireworks, there will be live music performances and a drag show by Extragrams.
Guests can enjoy bites from 10 local food trucks as well as beer, wine and champagne for guests 21 and older in a designated beer hall. In addition to family-friendly events, there will be various downtown live music events and performances for adults to enjoy as they ring in the new year.
The event is ADA-accessible and parking information is available on the Austin City website.
