The Bee Cave Friends of the Parks will host a free Earth Day 2022 event for all ages from 9 a.m.-noon April 23 at Bee Cave Central Park. Activities will include a nature walk beginning at 9 a.m., a 1-mile fun run beginning at 9:30 a.m., a scavenger hunt at 10 a.m. and yoga at 11 a.m. There also will be music by Reel Sheboygans.

Buzzy Bee will be on hand greeting children and handing out seedlings to children to plant, while students from Lake Travis ISD will educate others about air pollution and biodiversity.

Representatives from the Southwestern Travis County Groundwater Conservation District will also be in attendance to share water conservation ideas.
