Two places on the Lake Travis ISD board of trustees will be on the ballot for voters in May.

LTISD's board of trustees voted to call an election on May 4 for Place 1 and Place 2 board positions at a Jan. 17 meeting. This comes as the three-year terms for Place 1 board member Phillip Davis and Place 2 board member Lauren White are set to expire.
White is a former elementary and special education teacher who was first elected to the board in 2018 and re-elected in 2021, according to previous reporting by Community Impact. Davis, an associate dean for faculty success and research at Texas State University, was elected in 2021.
