Eanes and Lake Travis ISDs announced their campuses will remain closed Feb. 2 due to the winter weather.

Both districts reported significant power outages in the areas and impassable roads due to ice and fallen trees. EISD also said multiple campus systems are currently down.

All after-school activities will remain canceled, including athletics, performances, extra- and co-curricular events, and practices. LTISD said they will provide further updates once staff can safely assess school grounds, and EISD said the district will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if any additional schedule changes occur.
