Eanes ISD community members will again have the opportunity to attend in-person board meetings, according to an April 12 update from the district.

As of the upcoming April 13 special meeting, trustees will resume in-person meetings at the District Administration Building at 601 Camp Craft Road.

Attendance will be limited, and all participants must comply with EISD’s safety measures, which include a COVID-19 self-screening procedure, social distancing and face coverings, according to district information.

Eight audience members will be allowed in the boardroom for the meeting’s open forum session and will be determined on a first-come first-served basis.

Those wishing to speak publicly during the session must first sign up through an online form. Those individuals will be permitted inside the boardroom one at a time and will exit after addressing the board.

Additionally, the district will continue to livestream meetings through Zoom.

The April 13 special meeting will include an update on student enrollment and staffing numbers as well as a presentation on the 2021-22 district improvement plan, among other agenda items.
