That’s My Jam will serve American cuisine and allow the space to be used for events after 3 p.m. The menu will include items such as omelets, Benedicts, bowls, breakfast classics, pancakes and more, alongside lunch items such as salads, starters, sandwiches and wraps.
The restaurant will be located in the former Louisiana Crab Shack site, next to Face to Face Spa at Bee Cave and across from the future Trader Joe’s.
Suarta’s family owns 13 restaurants in the Dallas area and has been in the industry for 40 years, Randall Mershon said.
