The Leander-based Hawaiian-style restaurant Poke Fit opened in a second location in Steiner Ranch on Jan. 18.
The casual spot offers counter service where patrons can build their own poke bowls. The bowls come with a base of rice or salad, then customers choose sides, protein, mix-ins, sauces and toppings.
