The coffee chain Starbucks is slated to open in Bee Cave off of Hwy. 71, per a project registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

While Starbucks representatives did not immediately confirm details for the project, the TDLR registration states it will involve the creation of a shell structure to the existing building at 14211 Hwy. 71, where the former Yellow Star convenience store and Major Brand Gas station used to be.

Construction is expected to be completed by March 2024.
