Mexican restaurant Fresa's Chicken Al Carbon opened in the Westlake neighborhood on Oct. 3.

This location, next to Jack Allen’s Kitchen off Loop 360, offers dine-in and to-go options. Customers can expect to enjoy their signature cocktails, such as the Ranch-a-Rita and Hibiscus Mule, alongside wood-grilled entrees.
