Diving in deeper
The 1,500-acre development has sold 140 homesites so far, totaling over $145 million in sales. At full build-out, the private community is expected to include about 700 homes, an 18-hole golf course, a marina, a club house, a community pool and more.
“Breaking ground on our first homes marks the beginning of Travis Club truly coming to life,” Director of Sales Chris Wells said. “... With construction underway and new amenities on the horizon, the energy here is incredible.”
The first homesites are expected to be move-in ready by 2027.
About the project
Some of the first home builders on the project include Cedar & Oak, Texas Sage Custom Homes, Sendero Homes and Elev8 Builders.

What’s new
As for other parts of the project, the development’s golf course is expected to open in mid-2026. The Golf House offering a golf shop, dining, hitting bays and more is anticipated to break ground by the end of the year.
Additionally, the club’s private marina is expected to begin construction in 2026.
