Wasatch Premier Properties plans to utilize the site for a multifamily housing development, according to a news release.
The 58-acre site is located in the downtown core of the Thomas Ranch development. It will be the beginning of development on the Thomas Ranch property beyond Loraloma—the first phase of the development approved by Travis County.
The details
The site plans include nearly 100 townhomes as well as 500 apartments that are scheduled to be completed in early 2026, according to the news release.
In addition to multifamily homes, the site will include amenities, such as a dog park, swimming pool, spa, yoga and fitness studio, a clubhouse, and more, according to the news release.
