There were fewer homes sales in all but two ZIP codes in the Lake Travis-Westlake market this November compared to last year, according to data from the Austin Board of Relators.

Of the seven ZIP codes, five had fewer home sales year over year. The least amount of homes sold in the market—five—were sold in 78733.


Median home prices were up in four ZIP codes. Homes in 78746 sold for the highest price in the market at $2.9 million, up 72.44% from last November.

In comparison, median prices in 78669 dipped the most in the market by 20%, selling for $745,000 last November to $596,000 this November.


Most homes in the market—53—were sold for $900,000 or more in November. There were also:
  • 25 homes between $700,000 and $899,999
  • 25 homes sold between $500,000 and $699,999
  • 5 homes sold between $300,000 and $499,999
  • 3 homes sold for $299,999 or less
Homes in all seven ZIP codes sat on the market for one month or longer, with homes in 78669 and 78738 sitting for an average of 80 days—the longest in the market.
