*Editor's note: It was previously reported by Community Impact that Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin was expected to break ground in 2023 and open in 2025. However, site activity began in early 2023 and construction is anticipated for completion in 2026, according to a recent press release from company officials.

Officials with Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin, a resort-style standalone residential property that will be located on Bridge Point Parkway west of Loop 360 and the Pennybacker Bridge, recently announced the expanded list of $200 million and 100,000 square feet of private amenities for the upcoming development.

The company also announced Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni will be leading the interior design projects.

The development is owned by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Austin Capital Partners and real estate investment firm Hines.

“From serene private residences to over $200 million of shared amenities, every aspect of the community is meticulously designed to exceed our owners’ expectations,” Austin Capital Partners CEO Jonathan Coon said in the press release. “Lissoni’s design aesthetic complements the one-of-a-kind residential experience we are creating.”

The Four Seasons Private Residences will feature four resort clubs available only to residents and their guests, the press release said.

These include The Upper Clubhouse with a private restaurant and theater, an indoor sports club, The Spa and Wellness Club, and a covered garden with an 82-foot indoor pool, according to the press release.

There will also be an exclusive owners boating club and marina clubhouse for residents.
