The preliminary plat of the 80-acre planned development district known as The Village at Spanish Oaks will go before Bee Cave City Council for approval during its regular meeting April 28.

The preliminary plat was approved by the planning & zoning commission April 21, and Lindsey Oskoui, Bee Cave Planning & Development director, said if City Council approves it, the next step involves developers submitting subdivision construction plans.

“Developers have already submitted their water quality plans and are planning to submit roadway construction plans this summer or early fall,” Oskoui said.

Developers Greenbrier Southwest, in partnership CCNG Development, first submitted plans for the final extension of the Spanish Oaks subdivision in 2018. Included in the development is room for shops, restaurants, office buildings, an upscale inn and spa as well as a wide range of residences.
