The Ladies of Charity-Lake Travis, an organization that provides financial and in-kind donations to over 30 local charities—including financial support to Lake Travis Crisis Ministries, Helping Hand of Spicewood and St. Vincent de Paul of Spicewood—has purchased property at RM 620 and Spillman Loop as part of a plan to relocate the Lake Travis Thrift Shop to the Lakeway Medical Village.

A release from LOC-LT states the group's architectural plans are under review by the city of Lakeway, and it is looking to break ground soon at 440 Medical Parkway, Lakeway. The release also states the group is seeking donations for construction costs of the new thrift shop.

Information from the city of Lakeway states the site development plan for the property has been approved, and once the building permit is issued, LOC-LT can break ground on the project.
