New Addie at Westlake community planning townhomes, single-family residences off Loop 360

Up to 50 homes are planned for the new Addie at Westlake development off Loop 360.

The land plan and initial product design have been completed, and Legacy Communities is waiting for permit approvals from municipal and environmental officials, Marketing Manager Ashley Rust said.

“Depending on feedback from the city of Austin this July, Legacy plans to provide a product reveal and deliver more specifics about this unique master-planned neighborhood,” Rust said.

Both townhomes and single-family detached residences are planned. The homes will have a contemporary, upscale feel designed to fit seamlessly within the Westlake community, Rust said, adding they will all have a similar color palette and blend well together.

She said there are about 200 people and growing on an interest list for the homes already. Preliminary information is available at
