Several local elected positions are up for grabs in the May 7 election, including school board seats, city council seats, and the position of mayor in Bee Cave and West Lake Hills. The deadline to file for a place on the ballot is Feb. 18 at 5 p.m., according to city documents. Early voting by in-person appearance at Travis County voting sites is April 25-May 3.

Eanes ISD

The district has Places 6 and 7 up for election, including the seats of Board Members Heather Sheffield and Ellen Balthazar. Each of these positions will be for full three-year terms.
