Barton Fest
The outdoor celebration at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa will have live music from Ruthie Craft and artisan goods from local vendors. Selections from local breweries and distilleries will be available, alongside gourmet bites and handcrafted wares. The family-friendly event will additionally have activities for kids.

The city will hold a public grand opening for its new municipal building featuring a building dedication and ribbon cutting with the Westlake Chamber of Commerce. The building was funded by the city’s 2021 voter-approved bond. The event time is subject to change, per city officials.

The event will honor the first responders who lost their lives during the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks alongside the events that followed. Participants can walk up the 25-foot Observation Tower at Circuit of the Americas, which represents the 110 floors of the World Trade Center Towers when walked four times. The event benefits Samaritan Center and its mental health services for veterans, first responders and their families.

Greater Tuna is a two-actor, fast-paced comedy play that celebrates small-town Southern life in a Texas town called Tuna.

The self-guided, two-day showcase features 13 professionally remodeled homes. VIP tickets include an invitation to the 20th Anniversary VIP Party at Facets Austin on Sept. 18. Kids 15 and under can attend for free, but strollers and non-service animals are prohibited on the tour.

The event from the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce will bring together dozens of local businesses for a night of free food, drinks and activities with the purchase of a ticket.
