Owned by chefs and holistic health practitioners Nikki and Sara Siso, Conscious Kitchen ATX’s health-focused menu is entirely gluten free and seed-oil free, and features compostable packaging. Dishes offered include veggie burgers, quiche, falafel and pizza, as well as sweet options like key lime cheesecake, apple pie and macaroons.
