The fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain Chipotle may be coming soon to Bee Cave.

The business offers tacos, burritos, and salad bowls. The new location, just north of the Hill Country Galleria, had its drive-through element approved at a city council meeting on Jan. 14, but final re-platting and site plan approval has not been given yet. Once approved, opening is expected near the end of 2025, developer Bill Walters said.
