The Florida-based butcher shop Southern Steer Butcher will celebrate its Texas debut on June 15.

Located within the Lohman's Crossing Shopping Center in Lakeway, the shop will offer premium meats, sides, desserts, craft beers and wine, as well as preassembled meal packs.
From June 15-16, the new shop will host a grand opening, offering marinade samples, giveaways and dry-aging educational sessions.
