Located within the Lohman's Crossing Shopping Center in Lakeway, the shop will offer premium meats, sides, desserts, craft beers and wine, as well as preassembled meal packs.
From June 15-16, the new shop will host a grand opening, offering marinade samples, giveaways and dry-aging educational sessions.
The franchise was founded in 2013 and has five other locations operating in Florida.
