Health food franchise Vitality Bowls opened a new location in Bee Cave on May 17.

Operated by Anshuk Saxena and Shereen Chand, the cafe offers superfood grain bowls, salads, wraps, paninis and acai bowls with fruit. Chand said the cafe will also take extra precautions to accommodate those with food allergies.
