The tech company has leased an entire office building in Westlake, according to a market report by real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield’s. Company representatives did not immediately confirm when the lease was signed or what the space will become. A real estate representative for the Shops at Mira Vista confirmed the ice cream spot closed in December. The Austin-based chain offers 350 rotating ice cream flavors, ice cream cakes and baked goods with locations in Austin, Houston and San Antonio.
