"After considering how to best address Tuesday Morning's exceedingly burdensome debt, we have determined that the best path to reorganizing and transforming the company begins with a Chapter 11 filing," CEO and director Andrew Berger said in a news release.
The chain is set to close all of its remaining locations across 25 states.
Tuesday Morning sells home goods and decor and is hosting going-out-of-business sales.
