The facility is a multiuse commercial condominium owned by Australian businesspeople Tim Manson and Byron Smith. The owners broke ground on the complex in 2020.
Unlike a traditional storage facility, tenants can buy or lease their space, as opposed to just renting it for a short period.
Mary Swanhaus, who handles sales and leasing for XSpace, said the storage units can have different purposes, such as conducting business or having a satellite office.
“We have people who use the units for photo studios, high-end car storage, motorcycle storage, golf course simulators and various office space,” she said. “Basically, it's your space to do whatever you want with it.”
There is also a lounge for business owners in the facility.
The condominium will have a grand opening celebration in October to showcase active units and local businesses.
