XSpace, a new condominium complex outside of Lakeway at 4229 N. FM 620, Austin, began moving in August.
The facility is a multiuse commercial condominium owned by Australian businesspeople Tim Manson and Byron Smith. The owners broke ground on the complex in 2020.
Unlike a traditional storage facility, tenants can buy or lease their space, as opposed to just renting it for a short period.
Mary Swanhaus, who handles sales and leasing for XSpace, said the storage units can have different purposes, such as conducting business or having a satellite office.
