Of all of the cities and communities in the Lake Travis-Westlake area, the city of Bee Cave saw the sharpest increase in population from 2014-18 at 27.31%. While the median annual household income in Bee Cave dropped slightly from 2017-18, the median home value jumped almost $50,000 over the same time period.
