The large-scale office complex called Seven Oaks, about 5 miles east of Bee Cave, is set for partial completion by summer 2020, according to representatives of the developer.

Construction began in the spring, and a response to an information request states the east building will deliver in summer 2020, and the west building will deliver by the end of 2020.

Developers for the project located at 8701 Bee Caves Road are Riverside Resources and Miller Global Properties.

Seven Oaks consists of two office buildings with a total of 280,000 square feet, paired with two parking garages with more than 1,000 parking spaces. The West building has been fully preleased, and the east building has 155,000 square feet still available, and it adds a future mixed-use development focused on providing amenities to the site is also proposed.

With development concentrated on 8.5 acres of a 35.5-acre site, 27 acres will be left as open green space, according to information from Riverside Resources.
