Amy’s Ice Creams will relocate in the Hill Country Galleria on Nov. 17 and will be temporarily operating out of a food truck for six to eight weeks in front of the central plaza at 12700 Hill Country Blvd., Bee Cave. Amy’s will remain outside of the central plaza until its new storefront location in the galleria is completed in the beginning of January.
