The average number of days a homes spent on the market in June rose year over year in all three Georgetown area ZIP codes, according to recently released data from Unlock MLS.

ZIP code 78628 saw the smallest increase, with homes spending an average of one day longer on the market in June compared to June 2024.

On average, homes sold the fastest in ZIP code 78626 and the slowest in ZIP code 78633—where they spent more than 90 days on average for sale, more than a month longer than they did in June 2024.


The big picture

Overall, the number of homes sold across Georgetown's three ZIP codes increased year over year in June.


ZIP code 78626 saw a slight dip in the number of homes sold, but both ZIP codes 78628 and 78633 had increases. ZIP code 78633 marked the largest increase, with the number of homes sold rising 32.41% year over year.


Zooming in

Two of the three Georgetown area ZIP codes experienced a decrease in median homes sales price in June compared to June 2024.

However, median prices were relatively steady with year over year fluctuations ranging from a nearly 8% decline to about a 1.5% increase.


The majority of homes sold—138 of 275—were priced between $300,000-$499,999, but homes sold at each of the following price levels.
