On average, homes spent longer on the market year over year in two of the three Georgetown-area ZIP codes in April, according to recently released data from Unlock MLS.

In ZIP codes 78626 and 78633 homes sat on the market an average of 30 days and 26 days longer, respectively, this April compared to last April. This represented a 76.92% increase in ZIP code 78626 and a 37.68% increase in ZIP code 78633.

Homes sold an average of six days faster year over year in ZIP code 78628.

A total of 234 homes sold in April in the three ZIP codes combined, according to the data.

ZIP code 78628 saw the most home sales at 119—up 11.21% from April 2024.


Meanwhile, sales declined year over year in both ZIP codes 78626 and 78633. ZIP code 78626 saw the biggest decline in sales, dropping from 53 in April 2024 to 30 in April 2025, a 43.4% decline.
Digging in deeper

The median price of homes sold in April increased in ZIP codes 78628 and 78633, while 78626 saw a decline.

However median home prices only fluctuated by about 6% in either direction year over year.
More homes sold in April in the $300,000-$499,000 price range, although 15 sold for $299,000 or less.
