The number of homes sold increased in each of Georgetown's three area ZIP codes year over year in November, according to recently released data by the Austin Board of Realtors and Unlock MLS.

ZIP code 78628 saw the largest percent increase at 45.98%, with the number of homes sold rising from 87 in November 2023 to 127 this November.

This ZIP code also outpaced ZIP codes 78626 and 78633, which had 42 and 74 homes sell in November, respectively.


Of the 243 homes that sold across Georgetown's ZIP codes in November, the majority of them—151—sold for between $300,000-$499,000.

However, homes sold at each of the following price points.


Only ZIP code 78633 saw an increase in the median home sales price year over year in November. In this ZIP code, median sales price rose by about $3,000.

Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold declined year over year by 2.03% and 6.08% in ZIP codes 78626 and 78628, respectively.


While the average number of a days a home spent on the market was down in ZIP codes 78628 and 78633, it increased by 10 days in ZIP code 78626.
