ZIP code 78626 saw the largest decline at 15.25%, with average price dropping from $410,000 in October 2023 to under $350,000 this October.
Meanwhile, ZIP code 78633 saw just a 3.19% decline. The median homes sales price in this ZIP code was $15,000 less this October compared to last.
Despite seeing a 12.2% decline, median sales prices remained the highest—at $482,875—in ZIP code 78628.
Of the 263 homes that sold across the three Georgetown ZIP codes in October, 150 of them were between $300,000-$450,000.
Still, homes sold at each of the following price points.
With 136 homes sold in October, ZIP code 78628 saw the most sales in the region. This ZIP code also marked a 46.24% increase year over year in home sales.
The number of sales also increased in ZIP code 78633, but ZIP code 78626 saw a decline, with the number of sales dropping from 66 last October to 46 this October.
Homes stayed on the market for fewer days in this October compared to last in two of Georgetown's ZIP codes.
The average number of days a home was on the market in the area ranged from 59-78 in October.
