The average number of days Georgetown homes sat on the market in October was up year over year, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

Homes in ZIP codes 78628 and 78633 spent nearly three months on the market, while homes in 78626 spent just under two months.


By the numbers

Only one ZIP code—78626—had more year-over-year home sales, with 17 more homes sold this October compared to last October.

In ZIP codes 78628 and 78633, year-over-year sales dipped by about 8%.


Median home sales prices were also mixed. In ZIP code 78628, year-over-year prices were up over 4%. Prices in ZIP codes 78626 and 78633 dipped by less than 3%.
