Ask the Editor: Where can I vote early in Georgetown?

0

For Georgetown-area voters who do not want to wait until March 6 to cast ballots in this year’s primary elections for federal, state and county positions, the early voting window in Williamson County will run from Feb. 20-March 2.

The Williamson County Elections Department operates 14 voting locations across the county to cast ballots early, including four locations in Georgetown: Williamson County Inner Loop Annex, 301 SE Inner Loop; Georgetown ISD Administration Building, 603 Lakeway Drive; Georgetown Parks and Recreation Administration Building, 1101 N. College St.; and the Cowan Creek Amenity Center, 1433 Cool Spring Way.

The elections department’s website, www.wilco.org/departments/elections, also allows voters to use their home address to find a polling location nearest to them. For information on Texas voter ID laws, visit the Secretary of State Office’s website at www.votetexas.gov.
