House of Gainz is now under new ownership as of May 4. Keith Fischer took over ownership from Victor Olvera and Derek Tittle. The fitness center offers cardio areas, power-lifting equipment, a women’s only area, a sauna, personal training, nutrition counseling, posing clinics and massage therapy.
