1. Wolf Ranch Town Center unveiled its new exterior mural Dec. 2. The mural titled "Dreaming of Papaver Rhoeas" was designed by local artist Angela Effenberger. Located near Starbucks, the mural features red poppies and will become part of Georgetown’s annual Red Poppy Tour typically held in April. Wolf Ranch Town Center is located at 1015 W. University Ave., Georgetown.
“Local art make our community vibrant,” said Rhonda Pritchard, the general manager of Wolf Ranch Town Center, in a news release. “The use of subjects, color, texture and composition awaken a sense of curiosity and connection to the world around us. Wolf Ranch Town Center is excited to support our local arts culture through this project.”

2. A holiday pop-up shop by Corazon Sagrado Collective is bringing “Handmake your Holidays” to the Wolf Ranch Town Center beginning Dec. 12. The pop-up shop, which will run for one month, will offer unique and handmade items, including apparel, bath and body products, artwork, home goods, jewelry and more all by local makers.
