A new retirement community is coming to Georgetown.
The Hacienda at Georgetown is a senior living community situated on over 13 acres near the south entrance to Sun City. Phase 1 of the resort-style campus will offer 125 independent living, 80 assisted living and 20 memory care residences. A second phase will add 90 independent living residences, bringing the total residence count to 315. Other amenities include a salon and spa, multiple activity venues, a state-of-the-art fitness center, club rooms, a theater, a meditation garden and a resort-caliber pool. The anticipated opening date is late 2022.
