Lively Ranch, a single-family residential neighborhood in Georgetown, provides residents access to community amenities including a pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center as well as Hill Country views. The neighborhood’s developer, D.R. Horton, broke ground on Lively Ranch in 2018. Lively Ranch is located just south of Hwy. 29, east of Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

A handful of homes in Phase 2 of Lively Ranch are currently for sale, according to D.R. Horton. The developer said in building Lively Ranch, it hopes to create an aesthetically pleasing yet affordable community, with each home having beautiful interior and exterior features such as silestone and quartz countertops, wood-style vinyl plank and ceramic tile flooring, and stainless steel appliances. Home values range from $445,000-$700,000.

Community amenities at Lively Ranch include a playground and picnic area, a pool, a clubhouse and a fitness center. A homeowners association manages and maintains the neighborhood’s amenities. Additionally, the neighborhood is less than 8 miles away from the Wolf Ranch Town Center and downtown Georgetown, which both provide a variety of shopping and dining destinations. The subdivision is also located across Hwy. 29 from Cimarron Hills, which has a country club and golf course.


The Lively Ranch development is zoned for Liberty Hill ISD. Students in the neighborhood attend Rancho Sienna Elementary, Santa Rita Middle and Liberty Hill High schools.
