Both CEO Hugh Brown and Chief Medical Officer Jim Donovan of St. David’s Georgetown Hospital are set to retire, the organization announced March 23.

According to St. David’s, the hospital has identified replacements for both positions but have not yet announced the new leaders.

The hospital, located at 2000 Scenic Drive, Georgetown, is a 118-bed facility with a 24-hour emergency department and Level IV trauma center. Brown and Donovan served 16 and 15 years at the facility, respectively, after helping establish interventional pulmonology, critical care, hospitalist programs and other services. Brown will serve in his role until April 7, while Donovan’s last day is March 31.
