Over one-third of registered voters in Williamson County cast ballots during the first week of early voting for the Nov. 5 election.

The overview

More than 163,000 voters in Williamson County took to the polls Oct. 21-27. The first day of early voting had the highest turnout, with 31,594 voters casting their ballots that day, according to county documents.


Across the county’s in-person polling locations, the Williamson County Jester Annex in Round Rock has seen the most foot traffic during early voting, with 12,742 ballots cast during the first week.

In case you missed it

More than 1.8 million Texans cast ballots in the first two days of early voting, with a number of counties reporting a record number of in-person turnout on Oct. 21, according to previous Community Impact reporting.

Early voting runs until Nov. 1, and the last day registered voters can cast ballots is Nov. 5. On Election Day, polls will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m., according to Williamson County’s website.
