Georgetown ISD announced Feb. 23 that it would implement a two-hour delay to the start of the school day on Feb. 24 due to icy weather conditions across Central Texas.
All district campuses will begin the school day two hours later than normal. GISD transportation will also operate on a two-hour delay as will scheduled athletic programs.
