1. Neighbor Coffee & Friends

The coffee truck has launched its second trailer location with classic coffee options and specialty drinks.

Drinks include a Spiced Cookie Latte, a Bourbon Caramel Latte and an Espresso Handshake. Customers can pair their coffee with a small bite, with options such as a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Loaf and a Blueberry Lemon Scone.2. Rocco’s Neighborhood Joint

3. Panda Express

A fourth Round Rock location of Panda Express opened in October. The American-style Chinese restaurant chain serves chow mein, rice, orange chicken, egg rolls and more.4. A Little Shady

Five years after closing longtime Austin restaurant Shady Grove, owner Rusty Zagst broke ground Oct. 15 on his refreshed concept, which will be a spinoff of the original eatery. The fast-casual restaurant will offer indoor and outdoor dining areas that blend vintage design and modern vibes, he said.5. The Dugout Gametime Grill

The Dugout Gametime Grill will start serving wings, burgers and brews in Cedar Park this weekend. The restaurant has been holding family nights and test events leading up to its official opening.6. Ked’s Ice Cream


The Dallas-based ice cream franchise offers a selection of more than 95 unique flavors, and takes inspiration from several South Asian and Middle Eastern desserts. In addition to ice cream treats like cones and sundaes, the franchise offers faloodas, crepes, waffles, boba drinks and refreshers.
