Since Gumbo’s North opened on the Square in Georgetown in October 2013, business at the Cajun restaurant seems to have grown as fast as the city.
Owner Denise Page called the progress of the restaurant “amazing.”
Page and her husband, Shuler Page, previously operated Gumbo’s in Round Rock for eight years—though the restaurant existed before they took over.
Because of Georgetown’s growing population, active community, and numerous organizations and events, Gumbo’s has grown, Page said.
