The big picture
Developed by Blake Magee Company, Woodside will have about 1,169 single-family units upon completion, a representative said in an email to Community Impact.
The community will include:
- About 465 Del Webb Sun City units
- About 704 single-family units
Also of note
According to a conceptual land use plan created by SEC Planning, Woodside is also set to include:
- Commercial development
- A church
- A public park
- Traditional residential homes
- Low-density multifamily housing
- An amenity center
PulteGroup’s homes at Woodside will be move-in ready for buyers by August or September at the earliest, said Ashley Ellis, PulteGroup vice president of sales for Central Texas in Austin.
PulteGroup will offer 12 different floor plans at Woodside, including a mixture of single-story and two-story homes, Ellis said. PulteGroup offers three-to-five-bedroom homes ranging from about 1,600 square feet to just under 3,000 square feet, she said.
“We have a couple of plans that have the owner's suite and a spare bedroom on the first floor, which a lot of our buyers love,” Ellis said.
PulteGroup homes at Woodside are ranging from the $400,000s-$500,000s, Ellis said. Customers buying with PulteGroup at Woodside will have home customization options, unless they’re purchasing a quick move-in home the developer has already designed, Ellis said.
“Some of our communities are packaged where our designers pre-choose packages for homes. However at Woodside, it's 100% design,” Ellis said. "You're buying a house and building it from the ground up. You get to go to our full design center, and you choose every single selection inside of the home—flooring, cabinets, countertops—you name it.”
