Construction wrapped up on the last of six apartment buildings at The Gabriel Georgetown in late January, and the complex is now leasing all of its remaining units, community manager Dalton Hudson said.

Located at 520 Wolf Ranch Parkway, The Gabriel Georgetown is comprised of 288 apartment units, with one-, two- and three-bedroom options available. Additionally, two of the complex’s buildings are equipped with an elevator.



As of early March, Hudson said 21.53% of the complex is leased, and its occupancy rate—the percentage of units residents have moved in to—is 16.67%.


The apartment offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center with high-end equipment, a pool that overlooks the Georgetown Country Club and San Gabriel River, and an on-site dog park.

Prices begin at $1,176 per month for one-bedroom units, $1,770 per month for two-bedroom units and $2,386 per month for three-bedroom units, Hudson said.

Leasing began at The Gabriel Georgetown in August, following completion of the complex’s first building in July, Hudson said.


Since then, the remaining buildings and the complex’s slate of amenities have been built.
