The living center is designed for adults with disabilities who are age 22 and older.
Eden Supportive Living first opened in Illinois and has since built a total of four living communities there. This will be the company's first Texas location.
What they offer
Eden Supportive Living representative Crystal Jaime said the Texas center will differ from Eden’s Illinois centers because it will only offer studio apartments of various sizes rather than offering one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Jaime said each studio is 100% private meaning no residents will have roommates unless they specifically request one.
The Texas living community will have 143 units available, a library, a sports bar, a cafe and an activity area.
