Williamson County and Cities Health District will not provide an updated coronavirus case count Nov. 10 following the discovery of omitted cases, according to the WCCHD dashboard.
The county stated that after routine quality checks, the WCCHD has identified an unknown number of confirmed and probable cases dated between July and October that were unintentionally excluded in its reports. Any initially excluded cases will be verified for accuracy and reported as soon as possible, it said.
Williamson County surpassed 10,000 cases Nov. 9 and returned to a moderate spread risk level after initially decreasing to a minimal spread level. Masks are still required, and the WCCHD is asking individuals to continue to maintain six feet of distance and wash their hands regularly.
