Williamson County and Cities Health District confirmed one new case of coronavirus April 20, bringing the county total to 156.

On April 18, the county added five cases. On April 19, the media did not receive a daily case count.

So far, 99 patients have recovered, a district report said. The current rate of recovery is 63%, the report stated.

Here is an update on the cities of residence where confirmed cases are located, according to the Williamson County and Cities Health District.
