Rentsch Brewery 10th anniversary party

The brewery is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a two-day anniversary party Aug. 30-31. On Aug. 30, it will host Pat’s BBQ food truck and Bloom and Dough pop up booth. On Aug. 31, Masshole Lobster truck will serve customers, and attendees can enjoy live music from The Light Aluminum.

“Stop Kiss”

The play, which is filled with romance, tragedy and drama, was written by Diana Son and directed by Morgan Urbanovsky. The production is 90 minutes long and explores themes of self-discovery and change.K-9 Kerplunk


Georgetown Parks and Recreation will host a dog pool party for pets and owners to celebrate the end of summer. The event will have three time slots to accommodate different size dogs. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and leashed when not in the water.Hope, Heroes & Handbags

Designer purse bingo returns for the sixth year to raise money for the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center to support children impacted by violence, abuse and exploitation. Ticketholders will play bingo to compete for various designer purses modeled by detectives investigating crimes against children. Attendees will also enjoy an intermission runway show where Williamson County law enforcement will show off their best walk in order to win the Hero of Hope title.2nd Saturday Market Days

Downtown Georgetown Association will host its monthly farmers market on Sept. 13. The event features craft and artisan vendors and food trucks. Attendees can also enjoy live performances from local artists all day.

Interlocking Paths Exhibit

The sculpture exhibit at the Georgetown Art Center by Caroline Walker will focus on journeys, pathways and intersections. There will be an opening reception Sept. 13 from 4-6 p.m. and an artist talk with Walker on Sept. 14 at 2 p.m.Preservation Georgetown Third Thursday


The potluck social event is typically held at a Preservation Georgetown member's home or business and is a chance to mingle, eat and connect. Guests are able to join Preservation Georgetown onsite.2025 Georgetown Fall Festival

A general admission ticket to the Sweet Eats Adventure Farm & Petting Zoo fall festival includes access to the corn maze and daily pig races. On weekends, admission includes access to the candy cannon, a fireworks show and community campfires. Patrons can also pick their own pumpkins for $0.85/lb.

Hands On in the Garden: Fall Lawn Care with September & October Gardening Tips

The Williamson County Master Gardeners will host a workshop to help community members get their lawns ready for cooler temperatures as autumn approaches. Topics covered include a drought-tolerant garden educational walk through, butterflies in the garden, and cool season veggies and flowers.GTX Film Festival
