The storage company purchased Storage Plus at 4401 Williams Drive and Park Lane Storage at 1507 Park Lane in Georgetown, customer experience manager Cassandra Lewis said in an email.
Officials plan to reopen both locations as 10 Federal Storage in July, she said.
10 Federal Storage provides residential, commercial and parking storage, with some locations offering climate-controlled storage units, according to its website.

The storage company will wrap up construction on a new building at 3700 DB Wood Road, Georgetown, in July, marking the third location to be operated by 10 Federal Storage in the city.
